Factory site is located at Kizhakkambalam in Ernakulam District, Kerala, India.
Factory Building
Our factory has a 2500 square meter covered area. It is surrounded by diverse trees including hardwood trees like rosewood, teak, mahogany, sandalwood trees, fruit trees like jackfruit, mango, mangosteen, water apple, jamun and spices like cinnamon and nutmeg.
CNC Machine Pool
Our 2500 square meter factory is equipped with a Trumpf CNC Trupunch machine as well as test equipment from Fluke for harmonics analysis, load profile analysis, and switchgear thermal analysis.
Testing Facility
All our panels undergo stringent quality tests for busbar joint voltage drop as well as thermal effect.
Our test lab is equipped with the following equipments:
- Power Quality and Energy Analyser
- Thermal Imager
- Insulation Tester
- Earth Ground Tester
